To register and maintain an account with ddb33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

All financial transactions on ddb33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. During a review, access to account funds may be temporarily suspended. ddb33 will notify the account holder of any investigation by email within a reasonable timeframe. ddb33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy published on the ddb33 platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the period specified by ddb33 upon request.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity, whether or not such activity is ultimately proven.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a law enforcement authority requiring the account to be restricted or closed.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 02 of these terms, including but not limited to being under 18 years of age.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through ddb33's responsible gaming tools or by contacting customer support directly.

If a ddb33 account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If a ddb33 account is closed voluntarily by the player, or closed by ddb33 for reasons unrelated to breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to successful KYC completion.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for reasons unrelated to responsible gaming may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. During this period, you may continue to access your account in the normal way.

ddb33 retains all records relating to closed accounts for a minimum period as required by applicable data retention obligations. Closed account data is handled in accordance with the ddb33 Privacy Policy.
